She believes the combining of structure and organization will aid in the development of action, behavior, and decisions that build, strengthen and empower people and organizations to become better at what they do.

Professor Andrea Nicole's purpose is to teach others effective style and operation through the application of relevant techniques and tools. The position of Professor Andrea Nicole is that of a servant leader and can be best described as ordinary people learning to do ordinary things in extraordinary ways.
